At Ocean's Main Company, teens aged 14 to 19 get the chance to shine in renowned productions while growing both as performers and individuals in a nurturing setting.
What is Ocean Theatre Company?
Ocean Theatre Company is a dual ensemble. We started with our Main Company for teens and later added Ocean Youth for younger kids aged 9 to 13.
Both our groups gather weekly, honing skills in drama, dance, and voice. We're always preparing for our next show, aiming for the pinnacle of performance.
We're committed to fostering talent from diverse backgrounds, helping them flourish artistically, personally, and socially.
For each production, we offer leadership roles like Dance and Vocal Captains, giving students the chance to collaborate closely with professionals and gain new skills.
Our alumni often return during production week, taking on roles like Assistant Stage Managers and working alongside our professional staff.

Do I have to audition to join Ocean?
No need to worry about auditions to join! If you're between 14 and 19, you're welcome to be a part of our Main Company, no matter your skill level. If you're interested in specific roles, we do hold optional auditions in the second week.
